This is an update of a previous post: "How to save $20 dollars on your phone bill" or "Why GoogleVoice rocks" (written by baudencm).
Sooooo, GV Mobile+ just recently released a new update and it is almost the perfect Google Voice interface for the iPhone (IMHO). New features include (but not limited to):
1) Private Pop Up Notification Option (no need for Boxcar notification app anymore)
2) SMS Grouping (groups multiple texts from the same person in one convo window)
Old features worth noting again that other apps do NOT include:
1) Multi-person Text Messaging
2) Picture Messaging (only to other smartphone users as it sends a link to the pic)
3) Push Notifications with Badge/Popup
Can also be used with Talkatone for true VoIP calls through GoogleTalk.
Overall a great app that is very well-polished. All of these features got me to switch from my Boxcar/GVConnect combo that I've been using for the past couple months.
