In honor of my birthday coming up, I thought I would talk about the best cake mix and frosting ever invented! Funfetti cake with Rainbow Chip frosting! Talk about A-MA-ZING!
In searching for the pictures to add to the blog, I learned an interesting fact. Rainbow Chip frosting is made by Betty Crocker! For some reason, I was under the impression that Pillsbury (the maker of Funfetti cake) also made the Rainbow Chip frosting. Wrong! Pillsbury makes Funfetti frosting with sprinkles in the lid. While delicious, nothing can compare to rainbow chips seamlessly blended into the frosting!
I am definitely stopping at Meijer on the way home to make this delicious creation for myself. Happy birthday to me! :)
